In Santa Cruz he sings and plays guitar with the pianist Laurent de Oliveira.

The 23rd Festival Tensamba is a Brazilian-culture festival that runs from September to November 2026 across the Canary Islands and abroad, pairing concerts of Brazilian music with talks, film, an exhibition and workshops. This page follows its Tenerife concerts listed here: Trío Corrente at Teatro Leal on 17 October, Melania Piñero at Teatro El Sauzal on 23 October, Carme Canela and Jurandir Dã Silva at Casino de La Laguna on 31 October, and Márcio Faraco with Laurent de Oliveira at the Auditorio de Tenerife on 7 November. The festival’s own programme lists further Tenerife concerts earlier in the autumn and dates on other islands and abroad; they are not part of this page.

Each concert is ticketed by its own venue or seller, and the festival site links the ticket page for every date.The 7 November concert at the Auditorio de Tenerife lasts about 80 minutes, is for audiences aged five and over, and no one is admitted once the doors close.
