Report an image

If you own, represent or are depicted in an image published on Tenerife.Music and believe its use should be reviewed, tell us where the image appears and why. That includes copyright in a photograph or poster, personality rights in someone shown in it, and the rights of a minor in your care.

Submitting a claim starts a review. We do not comment publicly on a claim while it is open, and any change to how an image is published is decided separately, by hand. We aim to respond within 48 hours — that is the target we work to, not a guarantee.

Email info@tenerife.music with:

  • the Tenerife.Music page URL where the image appears;
  • enough information to identify the image;
  • your relationship to the image, or the rights concerned;
  • how we can contact you.

An emailed request reaches the same person and is reviewed by hand: we aim to respond within 48 hours, and nothing about the claim is published. There is no need to attach contracts or identity documents up front — we will ask if the review needs them.
